The Brainmax often calms the mind to a point where unresolved emotions become a big issue and the clarity of mind which the Brainmax produces often makes a person want to to deal with them. As one person said: 'I used the Brainmax for a half an hour and then realized what a mess my life was.' He wanted a solution. Here it is.

This is a very powerful meditation technique which is perfect for use with the Brainmax. It strongly stimulates the resolution of emotions. That is it helps process emotions faster than any other technique that I have ever known.


I want you to sit in an arm chair. Your hands should not touch your body but stay for the entire meditation on the arms of the chair like at the right. Or you can put your hands on a pillow in your lap. What you are doing is preventing them from touching your skin.

meditationNow imagine that your hands are flat against your forehead with the palms pointed out. Like on the left.

However, your hands are still on the arm of the chair (or on the pillow in your lap) but you are imagining that they are up on your forehead. Just imagining.

Now do this for 5-15 minutes and you will be struck by it's effectiveness. Your emotions will still and you will see things from a different point of view. It somehow channels or directs energy to the frontal lobes of your brain, the part which is resposible for resolving emotions.

They used to cut out that section of the brain with lobotomies and destroy the emotions completely. What we are doing is the opposite. We are sending energy there in order to hasten the resolving of emotions.

That is all there is to it.
