Laptops R us.

This is what I do for an intelligent challenge. It's a Mensa type hobby of mine. I purchase non-functional laptops on mainly Ebay, repair them, refurbish them and then sell them for a low price. They all carry a 6 month guarantee and come with a power supply. Shipping in the US is only an additional $10.

I presently have available:

This has a very large screen which is great for watching movies, playing games and it just makes working on easy and fun. Your roommate with the brand new laptop will want to borrow it to watch DVD's on because it's screen is so much larger but you will be snuggled up with your honey watching movies.

This part of the laptop has no visible wear what-so-ever. It is as if it is new. To the right is a photo of the actual computer. Click on it for a large version.

You can see the wear where you rest your palm that I am talking about on this Dell 8500 which someone else is selling (or a small amount on the two laptops below). Almost every used laptop will have some wear but this one doesn't.

Everything is as snug as on a new laptop. That means it has been used very little. There are a few scratches on the bottom and small crack. The top has almost no scratches and you have to look very close to see any. Over all it is a very sharp looking laptop. It is also very powerful and was top of the line when it was first sold for $2400.

The Pentium M is very fast. It's actually about as fast as a 2.0 Ghz Pentium 4 as shown in the below graph.

This is the standard for business computers. It is thin but very solid. I like it.

The Pentium M is very fast. It's almost twice as fast as a Pentium 4 and a 1.6 GHz Pentium M is actually as fast as a 3.0 Ghz Pentium 4 as shown in the below graph.
